You must:

• Be over the age of 18
• Be able to legally work in the U.S.
• Have 2 or more years of experience with children
  
• Have at least 3 verifiable references and submit to a background check
  
• Have a professional resume to send with a cover letter
• Have or arrange for transportation to interviews and to work if you get placed
  
• Fill out our application
• View the "Working With Natural Families" tutorial and pass a test on it
  
• Be or be willing to become CPR/First Aid certified
