Congratulations on your first step to employing a GGD Nanny/Sitter!  The process will be relatively simple:

• E-mail us, letting us know the basics about what kind of employee you need.  Your placement counselor will respond quickly.
  

• Fill out the fact sheet that your placement counselor will send to you (this is a questionnaire that includes questions about specific needs).
  

• Your placement counselor will then collect the files of 3 candidates (to start with) which she feels may meet your family's needs.  This may take several days.  After you receive the candidate information and give them each a green-light, your placement counselor will begin working with you to arrange your interview schedule.
  

• Pay the placement fee before your first interview.  This is a non-refundable fee; it also includes a replacement guarantee for three months in case you need to find a new nanny during that time. 
  

• Host the interviews and decide which candidate you wish to employ.  If your initial 3 interviews do not provide you with a perfect fit, ask for more!  Each family gets an unlimited amount of interviews in order to find the perfect employee.
